리뷰가 반드시 필요한 것인가 생각해 보면서...
리뷰라는 것에 대하여.
제닉스님의 글을 보면서 리뷰어가 많은 역할을 하고 있고, 진정한 리뷰어가 많이 있다고 생각됩니다.
그 리뷰라는 것에 대해서 근본적이 의미는 소비자(고객)에게 상품에 대한 객관적이고 판단가능하도록 정보를 제공하는 것이라 생각합니다. 그 중간자적인 역할을 하는 여러가지 정보 중에 하나가 리뷰입니다. 물론 위의 제닉스님과 같이 가능하면 객관적으로 장/단점과 특징을 잘 짚어주고, 어떤 소비자가 필요로 할 것인가를 얼리어답터의 입장에서 먼저 경험한 것을 바탕으로 정보를 제공한다고 생각합니다.
그런데 제품을 고르기 위해서 검색이나 블로거들의 입장 느낌 생각에 대한 정보를 모으는 소비자의 입장에서 보면 역시 리뷰어의 의견을 얼마나 신뢰하고 어떻게 그 정보 중에서 자신의 입장을 대변하는 것을 골라낼 수 있는 혜안이 있을까 생각해보면 조금 작아보이기도 합니다.
돈이 드는 물건을 고를때 여러가지 고려사항 중에 하나가 직접 보고 느끼는 것이고, 그것이 그 가격 만큼의 가치를 가지고 있는지를 판단하기 위해서(물론 돈이 많음 그냥 사기도 하지만) 어떠한 것을 활용하냐는 것은 주변사람 즉 Verbal Marketing(Buzz MKT)이 좌우하고 있지 않나 싶습니다.
그렇다고 리뷰란 것이 필요없다는 극단적인 생각을 하지 않습니다. 수많은 네티즌들은 리뷰어의 의견을 존중하고 그 의견을 참고해서 판단의 근거로 많이 활용하니까요. 물론 그 많은 네티즌의 생각을 속속들이 알아서 그 입맞에 맞도록 글을 또는 사진을 올리는 것은 어렵겠지요. 그렇다면 특정 타깃을 설정해서 유용한지 여부에 대한 사항으로 맞출수도 있겠죠.
